St Joey’s successfully backed up a second win in a row this weekend
St Joey’s successfully backed up a second win in a row this weekend; demonstrating their talent and consistency through all 4 quarters, Joey’s reinforced their position on the ladder by defeating Lara for the second time this year. It was another game for St Joeys which carried high expectations, after winning last week over GWSP, a very youthful team ran onto Drew Reserve – with the likes of Ben Podbury, Andrew Hodgson, and Tom Littore once again finding positions in the side. The side played solidly in a tight and low scoring affair, during what was a very chilly day, the crowd was certainly entertained. Next week St Joseph’s takes on North Shore at North Shore, it should be a grand battle.
